Shipping and Exchange Policy

At Skynova Ayurveda, we are dedicated to delivering your Ayurvedic products safely and on time. Please read our Shipping and Exchange Policy to understand how we handle your orders after purchase.
1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time. We cover all major cities, towns, and pin codes across India through our trusted logistics partners.
1.2 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
1.3 Shipping Timelines

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, festive seasons, or courier delays.
1.4 Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be charged on orders below ₹499.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional handling charge of ₹30 may apply.
1.5 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
1.6 Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier will attempt re-delivery up to 2 times.
- If all delivery attempts fail, the product will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply.
- Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are accurate at the time of order placement.
1.7 Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@skynovaayurveda.com. We will investigate the matter with our logistics partner and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Product: Product received in a broken or unusable condition.
- Wrong Product Delivered: Product received is different from what was ordered.
- Expired Product: Product received has passed its expiry date.
2.2 Exchange Request Timeline
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.
2.3 How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at support@skynovaayurveda.com or call +91 95612 04040 within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number, clear photographs of the product, and the reason for exchange.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide further instructions.
- Once approved, return the product in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and labels intact.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will dispatch the replacement product within 3–5 business days.
2.4 Conditions for Exchange
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Products that are opened, used, tampered with, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for exchange.
- Exchange is subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
2.5 Non-Exchangeable Items
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless defective)
- Products without original packaging or labels
- Consumable products that have been opened or partially used
