At Skynova Ayurveda, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
- To cancel your order, please contact us at support@skynovaayurveda.com or call +91 95612 04040 with your order number.
- Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
1.2 Cancellation After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- In such cases, you may initiate a return upon delivery as per our Return Policy.
1.3 Cancellation by Skynova Ayurveda
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability or out-of-stock status
- Pricing or technical errors on the website
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Failure to verify payment
In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund promptly.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligible Returns
We accept returns in the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Product: If the product received is damaged, broken, or defective.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product different from what you ordered.
- Expired Product: If the product received is past its expiry date.
2.2 Return Request Timeline
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.
2.3 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@skynovaayurveda.com or call +91 95612 04040 within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photographs of the damaged/incorrect product.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and guide you through the return process.
- Return the product in its original packaging (unopened, if applicable) via the courier method advised by our team.
2.4 Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Products without original packaging
- Products purchased during promotional sales or special discount offers (unless defective)
- Gift cards or vouchers
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Timelines
Once a return is approved and the product is received at our warehouse:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 7–10 business days (bank details will be collected from you).
3.2 Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is inspected and verified at our end.
- The refund amount will equal the product price paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
3.3 Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if only part of an order is eligible for return.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for damaged or defective products only. If you would like an exchange instead of a refund, please mention this when you contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
